How working with us works
Shipping
We ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners. Air freight 7–10 days; sea freight 4–6 weeks depending on destination. All products are securely packaged, ready for installation.
Payment
We accept bank transfer (T/T). A formal Proforma Invoice is issued on order confirmation; full payment is required before shipment. Custom terms available for large or distributor orders.
Warranty & support
1-year manufacturer's warranty on non-consumable parts, with extended options on selected hard-shell models. Lifetime online technical support, remote installation, commissioning and training.
