Import planning starts with the chamber's packed size and weight, the destination, required arrival date and who handles each freight and customs step. Distributors and clinics should confirm those responsibilities before production; branding and configuration decisions are covered in OEM & ODM sourcing.
Shipping Options
Chambers ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners, with two main options depending on urgency and order size.

Confirm whether the quotation uses an airport, port, terminal or delivered destination basis, and which party handles customs clearance, inland delivery and unloading. Hard-shell systems may require a crate, lifting plan and confirmed route from the vehicle to the operating room; request packed dimensions and weights before booking freight.
Payment Terms
Orders use bank transfer (T/T). A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued on order confirmation, with payment before shipment. For large commercial projects and distributor orders, customized terms may be available.
Lead Times and Production
Standard models ship quickly; OEM-customized or larger orders include a production window confirmed on the PI. Planning freight mode around your launch date is the main scheduling decision — air for speed, sea for cost. A clinic fit-out may combine this with the clinic setup timeline.
Installation and Support
Remote installation guidance, commissioning and operator training are included, so chambers are set up correctly wherever they land. Lifetime online technical support backs every order. Whether you import a single COHT20 or a multiplace COHB20, the process is the same.
