Importing hyperbaric chambers: shipping & payment

A practical guide to importing hyperbaric chambers worldwide: air vs sea freight, lead times, payment terms, packaging and what arrives ready to install.

Importing hyperbaric chambers is straightforward once you understand the freight options, payment flow and timelines. This guide walks distributors and clinics through what to expect from order to installation — a natural companion to our OEM & ODM sourcing guide.

Shipping options

Chambers ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners, with two main options depending on urgency and order size.

MethodTypical transitBest for
Air freight7 – 10 daysUrgent or smaller orders
Sea freight4 – 6 weeksLarger or container orders

All products are securely packaged for safe transport and arrive ready for installation.

Payment terms

Orders use bank transfer (T/T). A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued on order confirmation, with payment before shipment. For large commercial projects and distributor orders, customized terms may be available.

Lead times and production

Standard models ship quickly; OEM-customized or larger orders include a production window confirmed on the PI. Planning freight mode around your launch date is the main scheduling decision — air for speed, sea for cost. A clinic fit-out may combine this with the clinic setup timeline.

Installation and support

Remote installation guidance, commissioning and operator training are included, so chambers are set up correctly wherever they land. Lifetime online technical support backs every order. Whether you import a single COHT20 or a multiplace COHB20, the process is the same.

Import duties, taxes and any local certification are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country — we are happy to provide the documentation your customs process needs.
